Michigan Census Research Data Center provides researchers limited access to confidential economic, demographic and public health microdata, with appropriate safeguards to protect data confidentiality. The collection includes data sets more specialized and detailed than the decennial census.
National Historical Geographic System provides, free of charge, aggregate census data and GIS-compatible boundary files for the United States between 1790 and 2000.
Integrated Health Interview Series provides harmonized data from the U.S. National Health Interview Survey (NHIS)
North Atlantic Population Project provides IPUM compatible data from the complete censuses of Canada (1881), Great Britain (1881), Iceland (1870, 1880, 1901), Norway (1865, 1900), Sweden (1900), and the United States (1880).
