The table below shows the final mail partipation rates and the characteristics of census tracts in central Ann Arbor in two quasi-Excel worksheets: [Participation] and [Characteristics]. We identified student census tracts on the basis of their characteristics in the 2000 Census. The shaded tracts in [Characteristics] are probably student-dominated census tracts. However, adjoining tracts may have changed in the past decade.
