Title:Thailand Contraceptive Prevalence Survey 3, 1984
Study Number:1327
Catalog Date:10/23/2013
Primary Investigator(s):John Knodel
Abstract:The main objective of Contraceptive Prevalence Survey was to monitor levels and patterns of contraceptive use in Thailand and to determine how and to what extent potential demand for family planning services can be met through the National Family Planning Program (NFFPP). Fertility rates have fallen since the previous survey but to a lesser extent than would be expected from the increased use of contraceptives. Family size preferences are concentrated at small family sizes.
