Abstract:Growth of American Families survey was renamed the National Fertility Study (NFS) in 1965. This is a cross-sectional survey of fecundability, fertility, reproductive intentions, and contraceptive behavior. Additional information was gathered on the background and characteristics of the respondent and her husband.
