Click on Data and Documentation.

There is a link to all states, the documentation, or the data on a state-by-state basis.

This file includes records of all persons who are in a household that has a person 60 or older in it. Thus, you will find ages of outside the range of 60+.

The weights in the file have been adjusted from the original 5% and 3% weights. The weights in this file will give you population counts for 1990.

If you for whatever reason just want the original 3% data, there is an item on the household record, SAMPLE, that indicates whether the record is from the 5% sample or the 3% sample.
