How does one get access to the Baccalaureate and Beyond data (public-use)?
In the past, these data were disseminated via a CD-ROM that was a bundled version of the data and extraction software.
The new dissemination method is via the web through the DAS interface:
http://nces.ed.gov/dasol/index.asp
There is documentation and tutorials via their help system:
http://nces.ed.gov/dasol/help/index.asp
I have links to these under resources as the connection is fairly slow via NCES to open these tutorials. I also concatenated the User Guide into a single document.
DAS has a Tables Library. If you search on "beyond" it will bring up all sorts of tables based on B&B, which might prove helpful.
