Q:

Where can I look at a map of census tracts for Manhattan? I am interested in the area above 110th street.

A:

The Census Bureau has pdfs of all census tracts by state/county for 1990 and 2000:

http://www.census.gov/geo/www/maps/CP_MapProducts.htm

Another resource that is helpful are the community district profiles for New York City:

http://www.nyc.gov/html/dcp/html/lucds/cdstart.shtml#mbs

For each district there is a map with streets on it. On another page are the census tracts imposed on the map and then listed with population associated with each census tract. The profiles give you an idea of the socioeconomic characteristics of these districts.
