Abstract
The purpose of this tool is to produce alternative measures of income and poverty. The tool allows one to (a) choose the universe (age; educational groups, etc.; (b) modify poverty thresholds; and modify the definitions of the items to include for income (capital gains, government transfer, health insurance, EITC, etc.).
