Abstract
The restricted data for LAFANS is distributed by RAND. There are multiple levels of the restricted data (1, 2, 2.5, and 3), depending on the variables/geographic detail needed.
Note that LAFANS requires sign-off by your institution's IRB.
Be sure and get approval from lafansapplications@rand.org of your research plan and data protection plan before submitting your IRB.
