Abstract
This is better known as the redistricting file. It provides census counts for states, places, counties, census tracts, block groups, blocks and voting districts by age (<18 and 18+), race, and Hispanic origin. The 1990 file also includes adjusted counts. This option is available at the bottom of the page, once you have the official counts.
