Abstract
This utility takes PUMA-based output from American FactFinder and generates county-based statistics.
To use, download the executable (aff2c.exe), the equivalency file (p2c.equ), and the documentation (aff2c.pdf) into a directory, e.g. c:\crosswalk. These are all provided in the links below.
