Abstract
This is a compilation of articles and resources that describe the apportionment process, which is the fundamental purpose of the Census.
The references are divided into Apportionment Formula; Legal; Apportionment Projections; and Popular Press.
Many of these are gathered for a 'seeded scenario' which was developed for the Census 2010 Boot Camp for Journalists.
