Abstract
The LTDB provides estimates using 2010 census tract boundaries for a standard set of variables from 1970 through 2010. The data include a mix of short-form variables and long-form variables, but perhaps the most valuable tool is a stata program that normalizes any user-provided input to 2010 boundaries.
The data and files can be downloaded from the source - Brown University. PSC has the files on the network as W:\LTDB.
