Stephen Matthews, Professor of Sociology, Anthropology & Demography at Penn State, seeks high-quality manuscripts for submission for a theme issue on “spatial and mathematical demography” to be published in the journal Mathematical Population Studies. He is especially interested in submissions that leverage geospatial and contextual data to investigate substantive demographic questions, integrate theory, measurement and careful data analysis, use new and innovative methods, and harness large-scale demographic data sets or use emergent data.
