American Universities in a Global Market, a new book out of NBER and edited by Charles Clotfelter, is "a rigorous, wide-ranging and deeply impressive new volume" according to the Chronicle of Higher Education. John Bound and Sarah Turner contribute a chapter exploring the growth of foreign enrollment at US universities.
