Harding says fear of victimization spurs violence among inner-city youth

David Harding has studied the daily lives of adolescents in inner-city Boston. In this Op Ed piece, he discusses what it will take to break the cycle of violence among poor urban youth. Harding is the author of Living the Drama: Community, Conflict, and Culture among Inner-City Boys (University of Chicago Press, 2010).
