Frey comments on changes in child poverty evidenced in latest census data

"USA's poverty rate reaches highest level in 51 years" - USA Today. 09/17/2010.

William Frey says child poverty rates have shifted over the past several years: "Hispanics are increasingly becoming the face of child poverty, overtaking the number of poor black kids in 2002 and the number of poor white kids in 2007," Frey said in USA Today.
