Frey tells NYT more children in poverty now than since 1962

"Soaring Poverty Casts Spotlight on ‘Lost Decade’" - New York Times. 09/13/2011.

The Census Bureau reports that 46.2 million Americans were living below the poverty line in 2010. William Frey says that these Census data also mean that the number of children living in poverty is higher now than since 1962.
