David Lam to lead European research program studying labor markets of poor countries

David Lam has been appointed director of a European research program to study economic growth and labor markets in low-income countries. The £10 million program is funded by the United Kingdom Department for International Development and the German Institute for the Study of Labor. The funds will support peer-reviewed research projects around the world.
