Frey says child population declined in U.S. 2010-2011

a PSC In The News reference, 2012

"Fewer Kids in the U.S." - Wall Street Journal. 01/06/2012.

Bill Frey says analysis of recent Census data shows a decline in the under-18 population of the U.S. from 2010 to 2011. Frey attributes this to both a lower fertility rate and fewer immigrant children coming into the U.S. during this period.
