The Board of Regents approved the new construction plans for ISR's 5-level, 56,700 square foot building addition. Director James Jackson says the additional space will help ISR maintain "its long-time position of leadership in the fast-changing field of social science research." The project is made possible by a $14.8 million grant from the NIH and additional funding from the Office of the Provost and ISR. Construction is anticipated to run from August 2012 until the summer of 2014.
