Tanya Byker awarded Hewlett Foundation-IIE fellowship

PSC trainee Tanya Byker has won a 2012 dissertation fellowship to study the impact of fertility timing on labor force outcomes in the United States, Peru and South Africa. The 2-year fellowship is awarded by the the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and the Institute of International Education.
