Frey says RI likely to lose another House seat in 2020

"Rhode Island Likely to Lose a House Seat" - New York Times. 01/08/2013.

As population continues to decline in Rhode Island, William Frey predicts that the state will lose one of its two remaining seats in the House of Representatives in 2020. Frey says: "If it loses its second seat, it will be the first time the state had one seat since 1793."
