Along with 23 other scientists, social innovators, artists, and humanists, Susan Murphy has been awarded a 2013 MacArthur Foundation Fellowship. This prestigious award, with its no-strings attached stipend of $625,000, supports the work of "creative individuals with track records of achievement and the potential for even more significant contributions in the future."
