This YouTube-based video ad contest was held at UM to increase participation of college students in the 2010 Census. Sponsored by the Provost's office and ISR, many committee members were based at PSC. All but one student neighborhood in Ann Arbor saw an improvement in participation rates in 2010 as compared to 2000.
