Census Bureau Releases Final Mail Participation Rates

One way to judge the 2010 Census is to compare its participation rates with the last census. The final mail participation rates were just released and the national participation rates achieved the same level as in the 2000 Census. Some areas did better; some areas did worse. Take a look and see how your community did.
