New PUMA criteria and guidelines

PUMAs are the smallest geography available in Census PUMs files. The Census Bureau is seeking public comment on these proposed criteria and guidelines for new PUMAs based on Census 2010 results. Comments, suggestions, or recommendations regarding the criteria should be submitted in writing, no later than February 28, 2011
