Tool for Re-Calibrating Margins of Error with ACS data

This tool allows one to re-calibrate margins of error with ACS tabular data. One can either (a)combine counts across several units of geography or (b)collapse cells in a table. This is useful for creating more robust statistics for small geographies like census tracts.
