In recent years, improvement trends in rates of unintended pregnancy, abortion, and STIs have stalled or declined, particularly for young socially disadvantaged women. This study, by Kelli Stidham-Hall and colleagues, analyzes disparities in reproductive health service use across a range of demographic, socioeconomic, and reproductive history variables.
