Analyses conducted by PSC researchers Arland Thornton, Dirgha Ghimire, Colter Mitchell, Mansoor Moaddel, and Yu Xie compare interpretations and ratings of national development across 13 countries and between ordinary citizens and the United Nations. Results show much congruity in ratings across nations and between citizens and UN officials.
