Research Activities

I have continued the researchers interests I had while at PSC (studying family and union formation/dissolution in both the US and Nepal), and in more recent years I have developed research interests in population and the environment, as well as migration.

In 2002, I shared the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR) Reuben Hill Award for best family research paper.

PSC's Influence on Career
The professors and students I met at PSC have continued to be great colleagues, and we continue to work on collaborative research together.
Memories of PSC
My memories of PSC, from a visual perspective, always seem to feature my student office mates and I working in windowless offices (either in the South University or the Maynard Street buildings).
