Dr. Snow conducts clinical, epidemiologic, and social research on the implementation of health technologies and services in resource-poor countries. In particular, she has examined the factors that affect the use of reproductive technologies and HIV care, and has helped design and evaluate reproductive health and HIV/AIDS programs across Africa and Asia, with sustained work in Burkina Faso, Nigeria, South Africa, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, and China.
