The book Marriage and Cohabitation by Arland Thornton, William Axinn, and Yu Xie and published by the University of Chicago Press, is the winner of the 2008 Outstanding Publication Award of the Section on Aging and the Life Course of the American Sociological Association. Award presentation at the August 2008 ASA meetings.
