Health, Disability, and Mortality
PSC has become a major center for research on health, disability, and mortality conducted by Center researchers from sociology, economics, public health, epidemiology, psychology, education, and mathematics. Research projects currently underway in this area include large-scale data collections such as the Panel Study of Income Dynamics and the Health and Retirement Study, as well as interdisciplinary collaborations.
