Economic Decision-Making Experiment

a PSC Research Project

Investigator:   Charles C. Brown

This project will collect data from participants in two ways. First, participants will fill out an online survey through the University of Michigan Qualtrics system which will collect demographic characteristics and information about charitable giving. Second, participants will come to the lab and perform an individual task and make economic decisions with real money stakes. Both data sets will be combined and then stripped of any personal identifiers for analysis. Identifying information is only used to link the files and recruit subjects. This identifying information will be stored separately from other experimental data and used solely for the aforementioned two purposes. This data with names and emails will be destroyed once the final experimental sessions have been run.

Funding Period: 10/29/2012 to 05/31/2014
