Lunchtime discussion of data science work at ISR

ISR has a strong tradition of incorporating and creating data science for the social sciences. As the area of data science (processes and systems to extract knowledge or insights from data in various forms) begins to take on a distinctive role across the research field, we would like to host a lunch meeting of all the researchers who are currently participating in or interested in the area of data science.

The intent if this meeting is to briefly share the type of work that is being done in data science at ISR, discuss whether there are resources that could help groups doing data science, and see whether there is interest in collaborative activities to begin or further research being done (e.g., seminar series, monthly meetings, webpage listing projects).
