Location: ISR-Thompson 1430

Please see Dr. Pilkauskas' profile for details on her recent research.

This PSC Brownbag has been canceled due to an abundance of caution around the COVID-19 virus.

Dr. Pilkauskas' broad research interest is the health, development, and wellbeing of low-income families. She examines the effects of material hardship, unemployment, poverty, and public policy on families and children, focusing on the role of private support networks - particularly grandparents - in helping families make ends meet.

PSC Brown Bag seminars highlight recent research in population studies and serve as a focal point for building our research community. PSC Brown Bag Archive.
