In response to Donald Trump's recent claim that Hillary Clinton is playing the 'women's card,' Justin Wolfers says that data show it's a card that's "particularly unhelpful in the United States." When looking at parliamentary seats held by women, 2006-2015, Wolfers and company find that the U.S.elects proportionately fewer women than nearly every other developed nation in the world.
