University of Maryland's Christine Mair will present an overview of her research on the social environment, social support, and wellbeing using cross-national and US-based data sources. Topics include gender gaps in attitudes about caregiving for older adults and social support variation by race/ethnicity. Mair will also discuss the potential for multilevel data linking within the context of the ICPSR's Resource Center for Minority Data.
