Given the many questions that remain about the ACA's future, Thomas Buchmueller, Helen Levy, and Marianne Udow-Phillips look at what could happen with the health insurance marketplace in Michigan. They ask: "Will the Trump administration and Congress try to push the Health Insurance Marketplace into a “death spiral” or will they try to make the ACA work?" The answer to this question, they say, is key to hundreds of thousands of Michiganders.
