1/17/2018: The Institute for Social Research and LSA Screen Arts & Cultures invite the community to a viewing and discussion of the documentary, "Class Divide," including a conversation with Hyisheem Calier and Yasmine Smallens, who play central roles in the film.

The discussion will be facilitated by author and journalist Peter Moskowitz, who wrote "How to Kill a City: Gentrification, Inequality, and the Fight for the Neighborhood. Class Divide," which chronicles Hyisheem and and Yasmine’s experiences with gentrification in the West Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.

Documentary: Noon to 1:15 PM Book signing: 2 PM Michigan Theater, screening room No RSVP required
