Frey quoted in New York Times on the Census Bureau's 2017 figures on foreign-born population in the US
"U.S. Has Highest Share of Foreign-Born Since 1910, With More Coming From Asia" - New York Times. 9/13/2018.
The newly released Census Bureau data indicates that US has reached its highest share of foreign-born population since 1910. William Frey's analysis shows that the new arrivals are more likely to come from Asia and to have college degrees. "Since 2010, the increase in the number of people from Asia — 2.6 million — was more than double the 1.2 million who came from Latin America, Mr. Frey found."
