PSC Research Reports are prepublication working papers authored by Center-affiliated researchers, post-docs, and students, and made available via the Center's public web site. These papers are written for timely dissemination and are often later submitted for publication in scholarly journals.

Researchers and post-docs may submit any paper emanating from their work to the report series. Students need mentor approval to submit a paper. Interested authors should send a text file of their paper to the Publications Office.

In all cases, authors retain complete copyright for their working papers. The Center has distribution rights only. PSC site users are reminded to follow copyright law in using any portion of these papers. Authors may revise their papers or withdraw them from the series at any time.
