Joseph P. Ryan, Brian E. Perron, Allison Murphy Ryan
The Michigan Child and Adolescent Data Lab (CADL) is an applied research center focused on using empirical evidence to guide policy and practice decisions in the field. The primary objective of the CALD is to harness the power of existing administrative data sources to reduce disparities and improve outcomes for vulnerable children and families. Our mission is to (1) create strong and longlasting partnership with State agencies and local service providers, (2) connect and analyze data across public agencies to help inform decisions and policy, and (3) produce and disseminate useful products that advance the knowledge base.
