Research Project Description

Conduct deep analysis of available data to identify:

1) The number of individuals in each of Michigan's ten prosperity regions who fit within the target demographic of adults 55+;

2) The number of individuals at imminent risk of homelessness in this target age range;

3) The health needs and barriers for this population; and

4) The cost breaks down of providing health care for these individuals.

Conduct a literature review of academic findings and programmatic evaluations with regards to health care and housing integration models.
